If you take advantage of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, your business can get reimbursed for the costs associated with training new employees.
The program is simple:
- You create a customized training plan for eligible employees.
- After employees begin their training period, you can receive anywhere from 50 to 90 percent of their wages. All you have to do is negotiate a payment schedule with an OJT staff member at any one of the SC Works locations.
