Agent/TPA Page for SUITS

You Asked. We Listened.

One of the best features of SUITS is DEW’s ability to update and upgrade according to user experience and feedback. The Download Center is our first client response. Located on the bottom left hand side of your SUITS agent portal, the Download Center includes Client Details, Rate Details, Outstanding Dues & Credit Balance Details, Wage & Delinquency Details, Debt Details, and Wage File Submission Details. Click here to read more details about using the Download Center.

New Agent or TPA
If you are a new agent who has not filed for a client through SCATS or SCBOS, you will need to register for a new account. The process is easy and takes about 15 minutes. Click here to go directly to the registration page or click here to go to our tutorial page to see a step by step video to guide you through the agent registration process.

Existing Agent or TPA
If you are a TPA or agent who has done business with DEW on behalf of an employer either in SCATS or through SCBOS, you will need to authenticate your current account. You will NOT need to register an account.

In order to do this, you will need a SUITS Agent Account Number that must be provided to you by the agency. Here is how you get your Agent Account Number:

Step One – Make sure you have an account number for a client for whom you have a UCE-1010 Written Authorization.

Step Two – Call 803-737-2400, option 3, option 3, option 1.
This line is staffed with UI tax employees dedicated to validating agent information and reporting Agent Account Numbers.

Step Three – With your newly assigned SUITS Agent Account Number, go to the SUITS authentication page by clicking here. This part of the process should only take about 10 minutes to complete.

Step Four – On this screen you may select one of two options to authenticate. The screen will default to Agent Authentication via SCATS PIN where you may enter your Agent Account Number, an Employer Account ID number with whom you have a Written Authorization and their SCATS PIN number. Or you can  select the button to Authenticate via Security Questions and enter your Agent Account Number, an Employer Account ID and financial information on their most recent wage report. Complete the fields in ONE of those sections and click Authenticate.

You should now have your agent account established in SUITS. This will be the account for your business in which you will have relationships with your clients and have the ability to manage them all in one place rather than having to maintain separate customer accounts.
