"Some people like to start new projects, but I like to finish things. Sending a well-built, quality product out to customers lets me check one more off my list and go home feeling great. It takes focus and skill to line up parts with hoists and then connect them with bolts and screws. I like that our team rotates to different jobs on the line, so I can keep learning and working my way up. With so many manufacturing jobs in this state, being an assembler is a great way to start working right out of high school and build a career."
