“When I tell people I’m a baker, they usually think about someone baking cookies in their house or maybe
for a small neighborhood bakery. No one usually thinks about baking in a factory. While machines do a lot
of the work of measuring and mixing, I help to ensure our recipes are specifically crafted for large scale production. I also assist our Research and Development team in designing and testing new cookie flavors that you may see on your grocery store shelves 12 to 18 months later!
