"We always took care of each other in my family so I understand the value and impact of compassionate, dependable care for those who can no longer care for themselves. I also know how important my work is to help my clients live a fuller life and allow their families to work or care for their other family members. I provide care by monitoring a client's general health, administering medication, organizing transportation to medical appointments and grocery stores, preparing healthy meals, and more.
My work allows my clients to live in the familiar comfort of their homes. I also collaborate with other nurses and healthcare professionals about my patients’ conditions and progress to strategize ways to support them the best. Nurturing a special relationship with every client, learning about their lives, families, and likes and dislikes, so I can make their lives more pleasant is what I love most about this job!"
