"Growing up, I could eat whatever I wanted. When I started getting serious about my health, I became a health junkie. Through tons of research, I realized it's not about eating only fruits and veggies or loading up on protein or cutting calories; it’s all about consistency and making better decisions every day.
This focus on making better dietary decisions led to my interest in pursuing a degree in dietetics. During the program, I became educated about all things nutrition and dietetics. I learned how to consult with clients to help them understand the connection between their food and nutrition and their overall wellness. Now, I work with hospitals and medical facilities to identify healthy and realistic options for their patients."
