"Handling products to make sure they're moving on down the line is satisfying work, especially during our busiest times – like the holidays! I constantly monitor and inspect items and equipment to look for defects or position issues that could slow things down if they're not quickly corrected.
I'm also responsible for keeping records of various details about items produced, lot numbers, and quality assessments. I love reviewing our metrics at the end of each shift and each week – always striving for a perfect run and learning each step of the way!"
