"Most mornings start the same way — I grab my tool belt and check in with the team. From there, anything can happen. If a team member mentions that the equipment is slowing down or that a machine suddenly stopped, I'm the one who jumps in, figures out what's wrong, and gets it back up and running; sometimes even better than before. If we're onboarding new machines, it's also my responsibility to test them and ensure our team is aware of how to utilize them.
What I love most about my job is seeing the results of my work in real time. Knowing that I help keep things running smoothly and machines working to support my teammates' work makes our workdays easier."
