"Every organization could improve their systems in some way – and that’s where I come in! I meet with leadership and front-line managers to understand how their current computer systems support workflow. Once we identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, I research technologies that could increase efficiency and maybe even add functionality.
Once a new system is purchased, I oversee implementation and testing and then write instruction manuals used in training sessions so staff can get up and running with as little downtime as possible. Planning and moving this process forward, while incorporating feedback and problem-solving along the way, is so satisfying. If you love a challenge, have exceptional communication skills, and love solving complex problems, this career may be for you!."
