"Diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails requires a good eye for detail and, in some cases, the skill to help patients regain confidence or rest easy in a treatment or recovery. Some days call for me to manage chronic conditions, and other days I may need to perform a minor cosmetic procedure, but either way, I love what I do! The most rewarding part of my job is helping patients improve their appearance because I know the impact of not loving the skin you're in. Not liking your own appearance can create a lack of confidence that can bleed over into other areas of your life. It takes a lot to get through undergrad, medical school, and residency, but knowing that I can help people feel good about themselves keeps me motivated and brings me joy in the day."
