" Choreography is an art and a gift, so there’s lots of training and hard work that goes into perfecting my craft, but in all fairness, there's no other job I would rather do. Each month, there is a new project that increases my creativity. Right now, I'm working on a dance number for an upcoming show that will combine experienced dancers and some singers who don't have as much dance background. So, I'm training in the morning, creating choreography throughout the day, and piecing together all of these sequences at various skill levels to pull together a full story. Teaching the routine to a group of dancers is one of the scariest parts because, as the choreographer, you want the vision to come to life in a certain way. But it's all worth it because this is basically what I dreamed of when I saw dance as part of my future."
