“I am just getting started in my pharmacy career, working in a local hospital. I like the organization and order of being a pharmacist, and I enjoy making sure patients get the medicine that will help them feel better.
There was definitely a lot of school required to get where I am. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I had another four years to get my doctorate in pharmacy. Then, I had to go through the process of getting a license from the state, but it was all worth it. In the future, I’m hoping to work more closely with the oncology department in order to help cancer patients manage side effects during the course of their treatment.”Interested in this occupation?
