"I love the service industry! Engaging with customers, training new hosts and hostesses, cooks, and managing the growth of the business are right up my alley. Seven years ago I was waiting tables, serving food, and hosting all while getting my associate's degree in business administration, so I get it. I've seen what it takes to run a business and how important each role is in the restaurant business. Being able to see the impact the service industry has on people's lives, like mine, really made me love the industry. Of course, there are always challenges and days that are incredibly busy, but we also get to share the celebrations and milestones of our customers. The upbeat energy, conversations with diners, and the fast and consistent pace of it all is why I have been in the restaurant business for years."
