" Working in a middle school library is my dream job! In this role, I’m expected to be knowledgeable about various books and authors, so reading and learning—two things I love doing anyway—are a part of the job. Supporting kids as they do research for class assignments makes me optimistic about their growing interest in learning and discovering subjects that are fun for them to learn. And just the skill of knowing how to use resources will help serve them as successful adults. Albert Einstein said, ‘The only thing that you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library,’ and Laura Bush said, ‘I have found that the most valuable thing in my wallet is my library card.’ I agree wholeheartedly and hope to pass this on to my students!"
