"Many times, when a customer walks into our bank, it means they need help. Listening to their questions, asking them questions to make sure I understand, and then finding the right solutions for them is what I love most about my job. Banking online is great for quick answers and simple processes, but in-person customer service is still important. A positive face-to-face experience shows that we genuinely care about meeting our customers’ needs, fixing issues, walking them through multi-step processes, and educating them about products or services that could help them reach their goals. This job also requires me to follow detailed procedures, regularly check for accuracy, and maintain consistent electronic records of all transactions. If you are organized and like interacting with and helping others, this may be the job for you!"
