"I have always been interested in fitness. I played several sports in high school, but never anything that I thought I would do in college. I just really had a love of working out, being fit, and learning everything I could about health and fitness. But what really sparked my interest was helping friends with their fitness goals. I realized that people could succeed with my advice and training. Before I knew it, I had a list of clients that I began training regularly. This career path started with just a passion for all things health. Now, I show up daily to help others reach their fitness goals."
